Sportsman’s Guide has an amazing deal on these No. 8 Code Blue Inline Combos. At $10.79 you’re not going to find a combo like this for much cheaper. I’ve been using these Code Blue combo’s all season and they have literally become my favorite rods. They are great quality for the cost, and a very simple/functional/usable design. A few of my eyelits don’t line up perfectly but the 13.5″ crappie I caught with the 24″ UL last weekend didn’t seem to care. The only downside I’ve really found with these is they don’t free spool, so I wouldn’t recommend them in water over 20 feet deep.
As we always say on this site, being prepared with multiple rigged rods when out on the ice WILL catch you more fish. At $10.79/ea if you don’t have a good selection of options now would be the time to stock up. Hurry, this deal ends March 5th!
